¿Cuándo es una emergencia real?

Algunos problemas dentales no deben esperar. El dolor dental severo, un diente salido (golpeado), un diente roto, la hinchazón, un absceso o el sangrado pueden requerir atención urgente por parte de un dentista.

Una emergencia médica verdadera es diferente. Llama al 911 o ve a la ER (Urgencias) de inmediato si tienes dificultad para respirar o tragar, si la hinchazón se está extendiendo hacia el ojo o el cuello, o si el sangrado no se detiene.
